A legendary classical musical about the power of tradition, love, family relationships and the need for tolerance.
The plot revolves around a poor Jewish milkman Tevye whose only concern is to marry off his five daughters and secure a better life for them than he had himself. The peaceful life of Tevye's family and his poor village is broken by the Tsar's edicts for anti-Semitic pogroms. The musical which received many awards and its theme is still up-to-date became famous not only for its strong and sensible story but also for popular songs such as 'Tradition', 'If Only I Was Rothschild', 'Do You Love Me?' etc.
Premiere on 10 March 2018 at the Grand Theatre.
